Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

-Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.

-No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

-Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment to ensure adequate time for all guests.

-Appointment deposits, when applicable, are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment.

Yes! Color generally performs best on clean hair. We recommend washing your hair 24–48 hours before your appointment.

A clean canvas allows me to accurately assess your hair and helps ensure the most even, predictable color results. If your hair is freshly washed, don't worry—that's perfectly fine! The old idea that hair needs to be "dirty" for color to work is largely a myth.

If you're coming in for a lightening service, simply arrive with clean, dry hair free of product buildup.
